    Project Collaboration Platform

I use MediaWiki (Wikipedia) platform to create place where people can co-create their own pages/projects. The specifics are that I use an extension that allows you to include a machine readable data (Semantic properties) like description, field of study, groups, audience education, project status, place, rating etc. in your pages so others may search by them and filter. My project is unfortunately not translated to English, because there was no interest from TZM (coordinators) yet. I will try to show you on examples.

User can fill a form to input this machine data:
    http://wiki.sila-sdileni.cz/index.ph...ction=formedit

After you fill the form, the page looks like this:
    http://wiki.sila-sdileni.cz/index.ph...3%ADnk%C3%A1ch
There is a rollout table (violet) with form data and link to similar projects under it where you can list projects with the same desired semantic property:
    http://wiki.sila-sdileni.cz/index.ph...3%ADnk%C3%A1ch

The most important is the part, where you can list all the projects by as many properties as you want (like a database query).
    This page shows completed projects
    http://wiki.sila-sdileni.cz/index.ph...C3%A9_projekty
this shows all the projects and you can select which columns you want to see and change the conditions (like simplified SQL Select) with a button next to search field.

Users can make pages like this themselves. They can also create their own semantic properties and use them outside the form.
Unlike Wikipedia, users control what version of their page is displayed if someone else makes changes to it.

If anyone is interested in using this platform then I will consider translating it to English.
I'm looking forward to any feedback.

Sorry if I am being obtuse. do you you mean to say, in the even of; even if the government intervenes in re-writing it, the original will still be in tact? if so, will the original be marked as original?

Yes. If you create a page then you own it and you mark which version is to be displayed as default. Even if other user modifies your page it still displays the version you marked as default until you mark a different version.

If you register on the wiki then you can create your own pages or edit other pages. If you edit my page then I will have to approve your edit for it to be visible.
