    Rise Of The Machines

Rise Of The Machines: Millions Of American Jobs Will Be Wiped Out In The Next Five Years | Zero Hedge

Earlier this week Amazon launched its first Amazon Go store, which allows a customer to walk in, grab the items they want, and simply walk out. Everything is tracked utilizing RFID chips, so the second you step out of the store Amazon knows exactly what you’ve purchased and automatically charges your account.

Amazon’s latest move is simply the next evolution designed to make human labor obsolete.

We’re no longer talking decades, but rather, a few years before we start to see the direct effects on the labor market:

Once again competition is the driving force that will guarantee success no later than a 2022-2024 time frame. By the end of that period, if not much sooner, long-haul truck jobs will vanish.

We’re talking tens of millions of jobs. And they’ll be gone within half a decade’s time.

The immediate response to such revelations is that there will be widespread societal upheaval.

How will displaced human workers feed their families or keep roofs over their heads?

Yeah man I agree we need more things to happen that can Wake Up more folks. Right now I feel people are just too 'comfortable' with just getting by day to day and something like this can shake things up a bit in their lives to want to look for better alternatives. Hopefully this can happen before some huge Collapse but only time will tell.

The so-called 'displaced' will finally get their due in the form of a 'basic income'...

....and if TPTB fail to recognize the necessity of such action AKA; Sharing....then TPTB will eventually fall......and they will fall very hard...it will be violent and ugly......There is no other way if the chains are not removed from the slaves of this society.

Alas, if ignorance and GREED prevails they will get, and they will also deserve, the Mussolini treatment......for failing to SEE....failing to HEAR.....and failing to SPEAK and FIGHT against the confrontations looming around the next corner.....

TPTB will learn to SHARE the wealth they've stolen......or they will suffer the consequences.......

Can it be any other way? Are the Wealthy (the GREEDY) smart enough to know this reality? To know this very real Mad Max type of future? We shall see, heh? Has anyone ever noticed that there's very few rich folks in those kinds of films? Wonder WHY?

Well, some of you folks might witness such a TRANSITION.....but....I'm not so certain I will........time is short.....and getting shorter all the time.......

    PEACE.....

The thing a lot of people fail to understand is that there won't ever be a collapse. There will simply just be more people that will starve (which I'm against).

    The thing that a few among us seem NOT to understand;

Societies/cultures/communes and 'every single' Empire that has ever existed have all come and gone......

What makes anyone think or believe this one is any different or something special, that a collapse is not in our future? Ya ever heard of Nero?

For those among us who study history.....the signs are clear, the collapse has already begun.....and we are all part of it......either contributors or members of the resistance......so C'mon.....Let's get this party started
