    GMU Honey Bee Initiative

Their website: The Honey Bee Initiative

Last Thursday I attended a honey bee event that was held at the GMU MIX: Mason Innovation Exchange | Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship | George Mason

Students there are working on setting up electronic sensors to gather a variety of bee and hive data, which can in turn be used for a diversity of purposes. I'll post something with more details once I can find an online link, or one becomes available.
