    Lightbulb World Building 101

Alright, I am going to walk you through how we will establish the cities in an NLRBE.

First things first, we will conduct a survey of our place of interest, we will scan the area for all habitable positions divided into two categories, Presently Habitable and Potentially Habitable.

I will be describing the Presently Habitable Positions and how we operate them.

    1. Measure (Account) for the area of the habitable positions.
    2. Divide the area of habitable positions into equal parts.
    3. Account for the total area's potential to care for people, this will determine the maximum caring capacity or (occupation capacity) of our position, through NELO & NLRBE standards.
    4. Applying the NELO & NLRBE standards will place us into equilibrium, equilibrium will ensure that the position (equal parts) can be utilized for as long as possible and as much as possible.
    5. The equal parts will then adapt to accommodate the new specifications set by the standards of our society.
    6. The population will then be equally placed into the parts now regarded as zones.

Each newly adapted equal part is considered a Zone, each zone is governed by its own local government of which is made up by its inhabitants. - Considered the Local Authority.

Each zone can be considered a state.

A zone's local government authority operates its own share of neutral influence.

Neutral influence being of non-constitutional and or federal significance.

All zones are under the authority of the federal government, the collection of all local governments, as the democratic authority for handling neutral influence on things regarding societal operations and standards in regards to influences outside of a zone's local jurisdiction (similar to the function of the UN or how the US united states operates), by way of the NELO constitution.

The federal authority is under the authority of the imperial government.

The imperial government is the government established by NELO and operated directly by NELO, its act's as the constitutional foundation of all governments and society itself, of which is responsible for and governs every feature of life.

The influence standard is based upon our ability to be present somewhere and or do something there outside of the natural processes in said position, it must be specific and artificial and thereby a direct product of our intentions, specifically a societal operational influence standard is its ability to establish a zone within a given region of spacetime, as well as to be present within said zone, this is our societal jurisdiction.
So if our earth society is capable of building and establishing a zone on mars within the lifetime of its present participants for the given objective etc this is considered within the influence of earth.

We apply this to individual zones (state(s)).

When you are in a state, state law applies to you.

When you are not in a state but are within the influence of the federal government, federal law applies to you.

    Imperial law is applied universally.

The zone's local members within the local state as members of the local state government can migrate between zones during migration periods, people will always be able to live with their immediate family (household) regardless of the migration period, (they will have to apply to integrate into a specific community when it is possible), this does not apply to children only to adults, children must remain with their designated guardian.

Families and the community will migrate through the states in a cyclical migration sequence through an efficient migration period, to allow for fair use of position and keep coherent community stability.

They will keep all their personal possessions, etc.

When children become adults they will be applicable to receive their own position as they start their own households within their community.

People can enter each other's community by marriage.

The migration sequence for every community is random although the position must be changed until a full cycle has been completed.

Hi Izon, just a few questions.

Under your "world building" model, you divide each position into a zone, and all zones are equal in size. If one person wanted to move out, would each zone become slightly larger to make up for the newly opened zone? And what if someone wanted to move in, would you take part of a zone from someone in order to again account for the less amount of area?

You also say that people can enter each others community by marriage. Is that exclusively? Can people not move from one zone to another without marriage?

    Thank you,
