Your system skills appear to be just what I need. I have only been playing with b2b and Oxwall as free systems available through the domain I bought from GoDaddy. Oxwall has given me a chance to play with a bit of a prototype but I am pretty certain that the system required for a good solid launch and foundation for what it needs to become will need to be purpose built. And order for it to have the potential to be taken up rapidly it will need to be extremely easy to use and accessible on all devices.
Thanks for your posts cs0 (which I am sure must be backed up by some common name .
I have been on this TZM forum for a few years now. Was a little bit active early on with a few posts and even got active with someone else who was keen on getting an open atrium site running to manage projects. He didn't have the time nor I guess the inclination to keep at it so it fell by the wayside. Since then I too have been short on time but have just started 3 month's leave and am determined to achieve as much as I can in that time.
I have been at these ideas for about 30 years now and have had direct involvement in relevant activities including ethical investment, LETS, local government, local economic development, community development, community enterprise, community services, and for the last 12 year politics for the Greens. With this, and my accounting qualifications and systems development skills, I figure I have a pretty good background and sense of what is a viable way forward.
gosh.. you renew the hope I have lost in myself.. I'm checking out your efforts now.
Hi cs0. Just read your post. I am on virtually the same path you suggest and am in the process of pulling together my ideas. I am not quite ready to promote this work widely but your post struck such a chord that I figured you might be interested and able to give tangible feedback to move this forward. Also keen for any leads to other initiatives you think I should follow up on. See where I am up to at kaleidoscope.xyz. I look forward to your comments.
